EVENT OFFICE

 

The event will be organised in accordance with environmental and social accountability principles. Therefore, among other aspects, there will be no paper-based processes.

Entry and any other fees must be paid at the latest 3 working days before the day of the event, i.e., by 24:00 on 7 March 2023, and clear evidence of such payment and the name, address and taxpayer number, for the purposes of issuing the receipt, must be sent to the email address eventos.cnalvito@gmail.com. Receipts will be issued in electronic format and sent by email to the relevant club/competitor. No payment is possible during the event. Should all fees not be paid by the deadline mentioned above, the competitor(s) in question will be excluded from the competition.

 

All clubs/competitors that respect this procedure will have access to the Event Centre, where leased SIACs, if applicable, will be handed over to a single representant of each club or to individual competitors who are not members of any club.

 

Provisional results will be exclusively published online and displayed on a screen at the Event Centre. The final results will be affixed near the Event Centre and published online.

 

Start lists will be affixed near the Event Centre and the Start.
